We invite you to join to our\u00a0 Trivia Contest<\/strong> at the Vero Beach Elks. Our next contest will take place in the Lounge on Wednesday, Mar 4 at 7:25 pm.<\/p>\n

Our goal is to provide you an easy-to-play,<\/strong>\u00a0 entertaining, fast-moving contest<\/strong> that will entertain our members and guests<\/p>\n

There will be four Rounds of up to eight questions in four trivia categories in our next contest. The categories are: TBD.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Teams of one to six players are invited to enter the contest.\u00a0 The teams will be given one paper Response Form for each Round. See the image on the left. All answers are multiple choice<\/strong>.\u00a0The quizmaster will read the question twice and after 15 seconds of “thinking music” will read the next question.\u00a0 One player from each team will write A, B, C or D next to the question number on the Response Form.<\/p>\n

After all the questions for the Round have been read and time given to answer, the quizmaster will offer to re-read one time any of the questions in that Round.<\/p>\n

The Response Forms will then be collected after each Round and scored. Each team will receive one point for each correct answer.\u00a0 While the Response Forms are being scored, the quizmaster will review the answers to the questions. There will be a short intermission after the first three Rounds.\u00a0 Then the scores for the Round for each team will be read and displayed on a TV in the Lounge.<\/p>\n
